This is a way to organize the control of the integrity of the organic production through different processes which guide the producers’ organization, called “Group of Organized Producers” or GOP (GPO in Spanish). 
“Certification of GOP means that the certifier considers the group capable of ensuring internally the organic integrity of the product from its production units” (Eco-Logica norm chap.VIII)

Tools and processes of control:

• Commitment letter: contract between each producer and the SIC.
• Visit Sheet: proof of the visit and the verification, must be done according to the annual plan.
• Internal regulation: regulates admission, sanction and expulsion of producers.
• Sketch: schematic representation of farm and its lands.
• Management plan: projection of cultures’ activities and activities to maintain soil fertility, plant health and the organic integrity of the farm.
