  Our approximate and minimal production is 80 tons per harvest, though there have been moments in which approximately 240 tons were harvested. This product has been marketed both at the domestic level and at the international level ( in United States and Italy). The sales in Italy has been made under the Fair Trade concept which benefits the producers with a better trading price.
